Overview

Vibratory Plate Compactors are ready for any situation. The product line ranges from a 100 kg to a much heavier 269 kg – with many models in between.

All plates are easy to operate, making them ideal for rental fleets. They also are versatile, with an ability to easily adjust to varied applications. Many are available with diesel or petrol engines.

When it comes to production, some of these machines move as quickly as soil compactors. They are high climbers, too, with various models performing on grades as steep as 30 per cent.

Features & Benefits

VERSATILITY FOR THE RENTAL MARKET

Vibratory Plates provide a great range of weights and varied vibratory features to match many applications. The compact machine dimensions and easy upkeep make it ideal for rental companies as well as contractors and landscapers.

CONTROL

The vibratory plates have different exciter systems, but a common thread runs through all: easy operator control. That includes when changing directions or working on steep grades.

THE HANDLE

The standard guide handle is vibration isolated to reduce stress on the operator. It also is foldable and removable, a crucial feature when working in confined areas or during transport. A patented low-vibration guide handle that reduces vibration even further is optional on some machines.”

FUEL OPTIONS

APR compactors that use either diesel or petrol are available, another key feature for customers who want to rent a machine.

TWIN-SHAFT EXCITER UNIT

All APR machines vibrate with a two-shaft exciter unit. The positioning of these twin-shaft enables the operator to smoothly change directions (forward/reverse) or to effortlessly keep the machine working on a single, tough-to-compact area.

A POWERFUL, FAST CLIMBER

APR machines outshine the competition with their great climbing ability, overcoming grades between 30 per cent and 35 per cent, depending on the model. As the fastest machines on the market, they cover those grades quickly, too.

“ON-THE-SPOT” VIBRATION

The reversible plate compactor’s ability to move forward and backward enable it to hover and deliver a high compaction force in a single spot.
